SUPPLY LIST
2 - fat quarters (use your ugly fabric as we are just making a sample)
1 - 18 x 22 of cotton batting
Fabric for binding - 1/4 yard is more then enough - use left over or ugly fabric
Cotton Thread to match binding fabric
90/14 machine needles
Marking pencil - that show up on your color of fabrics
I like the Vanish Lite  water soluble thread better then the Vanish Extra but bring what you may have or purchase at store. We have the Lite.
Invisible thread - lots of brands out there. Bring what you have or purchase at store
Pins  - I really recommend the glass head pins that are 1 3/4" in length. You will see why these pins work best

Basic sewing supplies = ripper, scissors, pins, pens, feet,
Machine in good working order
Walking foot - all attachments to your walking foot
Stitch in the ditch or edge joining foot
Here is a list of feet that will help you may only need one but wanted to give list of all that the book suggest:
Couching or braiding foot, 5 groove cording foot or 5 groove pintuck foot, 3 hole yarn foot, beading foot
Rotary cutter and ruler
Small iron at table - optional


All machines are different but the feet listed on booklet are the best for this project. Bring all your feet so I can see what will work. Usually the feet recommended  are optional accessory feet. Check with your dealer.
