Medallion Quilt - Technique Class

SUPPLY LIST
This is just a simple outline of what you will need for this quilt. Bring your fabrics and we will put things together and see what else you might need.

The pattern calls for the following:
Light Fabrics - 9 - 1/2 yard cuts (i used some yardage fabric but also I used a layered cake 10" x 10" squares in light
Light Inner Border - 1/3 yard - I used a fabric to match my center light fabrics
Light Middle Border (wait to pick this fabric) 1/3 yard
Light Outer border 1/2 yard

Dark fabrics - 20 or more Fat Quarters
Courthouse step center fabric - 1/2 yd (we will talk about this one)
Fabric for dresden plates - don't pick this fabric yet

Bring what you have to class.

Machine, thread, basic sewing and quilting supplies. 80/12 needles. rotary cutter, small cutting mat
Small iron (optional)
Box to keep supplies and finished blocks in


Class 1:
Bring all your fabrics to each class. Bring your sewing machine and quilting tools. You will need a cutting mat,  long ruler and rotary cutter each class. A rotating mat is also helpful if you have one.
Class iron and press mat.
Press fabrics before class if they need it. 
Bring the 4" Creative Grid Log Cabin Trim Tool
Stripology rulers are helpful if you own them - optional. I will demo in class
1/4 " piecing foot
